relating to the dissolution of the Alaska Railroad Corporation and             
providing for a successor corporation; and providing for an effective          
date and recommended it be replaced with                                       
                                                                               
CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 64(FIN), entitled:                                     
An Act relating to the sale of the Alaska Railroad;                           
and providing for an effective date.
